Title e-future makes it 9-in-a-row at VUS TESOL 2018.08.01
On July 20th, e-future once again participated in the very successful and highly attended VUS TESOL in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. This was e-future’s 9th year at VUS TESOL, dating back to Kyle Lee and Gabriel Allison’s first trip in 2010. This year, e-future sent Soo Kim, Kyle Lee, and Aaron Siegel to work with Thao and the FAHASA team. Aaron Siegel also did a presentation on Making Grammar Fun. It was a well attended seminar with a great group of teachers.

This year’s theme was about glocalization, which is the combination of globalization and localization. This idea centered around how local markets and schools are changing and adapting to a globalized world. Think about your school and your classroom – what changes have you made locally based on global trends? Can you think of any?

We look forward to once again attending VUS TESOL in 2019. Hope to see you all there!

  • I found them interesting and I think kids would, too. The characters are realistically portrayed with believable dialogue in situations a real kid could find himself in.
